Silence and Stillness Yin Yoga Retreat

HARMONIZE WITH YOUR CENTER

The end of summer is a transitional time to go within. It's a time to connect with contemplative practices that help you slow down and harmonize with your center.

Join yoga teachers Kiesha Battles, Candace Jennings, and Raudhah Rahman for a retreat that shares yoga practices to support you during any season of life. Through yin yoga, meditation, meridian exercises, and more, you will:

  • Hold shapes, time, and your thoughts as you extract the essence of silence and stillness.
  • Explore how yin yoga and meditation can peel back the layers of your conditioning.
  • Ground to the rhythm and vibrations of the earth element.

Give yourself time with yourself to do less, speak less, and prepare for the season ahead.

“Silence has a sound of its own, listen for it. Stillness is another form of action, revel in it.”  —Dr. Gail Parker
