Embodiment and the Creative Process

LISTEN TO YOUR EMBODIED WISDOM

"Movement is the message and the messenger of the universe." —Emilie Conrad, founder of Continuum

During this time of great change, there is a deep longing for peace as well as a desire for new possibilities to emerge in our lives and our world.

Join beloved and highly sought after teacher of contemplative movement, Robin Becker, for a program that guides you to slow down, rest, and listen to the depths of your embodied wisdom. Come learn to work with the simple yet profound process of Continuum and reclaim your birthright of living a consciously embodied life. Continuum is a movement practice that recognizes the body as a living model of a fluid biological process.

Through breathwork, sound, and simple movements, you will:

  • Discover the capacity for both deep rest and creative innovation.
  • Explore an intimate conversation between the body, senses, and your awareness.
  • Embrace the many dimensions of your being in a safe and nurturing container.
  • Become aware of the ever-changing river of movement within you and how it can become a reliable touchstone of presence, renewal, wisdom, and inspiration.

Continuum informs and benefits all other movement practices including yoga, shiatsu, massage, dance—and the art of life itself.

NOTE This program is appropriate and safe for everyone at all movement levels. Participants often report a sense of well-being, increased vitality, inner authority, and great possibility.
