Join longtime Kripalu School of Yoga faculty members, Brahmani Liebman and Jashoda Edmunds—who each have more than three decades of yoga teaching experience—as they empower you on a spiritual journey through the practices of Yin Yoga and meditation. Yin Yoga, the perfect complement to more active practices and busy lifestyles, can support you to live life with more grace and ease. 

Through yoga, meditation, pranayama, dharma teachings, and psychospiritual inquiry supported by the dharma teachings of the Divine Abodes (impartial good will, compassion, empathetic joy and equanimity), you will experience wholeness as you:
