Healing from Heartbreak A Woman’s Path from Devastation to Rebirth

A RETREAT FOR WOMEN

Heartbreak is an inevitable part of every woman's life journey. It can include the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the devastating effects of a natural disaster, financial loss, or the loss of a career or identity.

Join best-selling author and certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner, Sara Avant Stover, to remember your wholeness after heartbreak. Through meditation, yin yoga, embodiment sequences, psychological inquiry, circle practices, and more, you will learn to:

  • Soothe your nervous system.
  • Heal unresolved wounds using the IFS model.
  • Skillfully navigate challenging feelings and the seasons of life.
  • Feel the compassionate support of community on your healing journey.

Tend to all levels of yourself as a feminine being—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—in a safe and welcoming environment. Return home with practical tools and inspiration needed not only to make it through heartbreak but also to reframe it as a life-affirming rite of passage.
