Dive into a refreshing weekend retreat with Kripalu's former executive chef Jeremy Rock Smith. Designed to rejuvenate your kitchen practices with the essence of spring, this program blends practical kitchen management, seasonal culinary exploration, and sustainable practices from the Kripalu Kitchen. 

Jeremy will guide you through a kitchen organization workshop, seasonal menu planning, cooking basics, sustainable kitchen practices, and interactive cooking sessions. You will: 

  • Embark on hands-on sessions to declutter and optimize your kitchen space. 
  • Explore seasonal menu planning and embrace fresh produce to curate nutritious meals. 
  • Learn essential cooking and knife skills for a smooth and enjoyable cooking experience. 
  • Discuss topics such as reducing food waste, composting, and ecofriendly kitchen products. 
  • Cook alongside Jeremy as you enjoy communal recipe preparations.
