Sexuality is one of our major untapped resources for self-actualization—it can take us to places that we can’t get to any other way. Yet boundary ruptures or spiritual paths that ignore or demean sexuality can leave us feeling lost or confused.
Join certified sexological bodyworker and yoga teacher, Kimberly Ann Johnson, for a program centered around women’s sexuality and spirituality. Through weekly classes, journal prompts, and a shame-free community forum, you will:
- Understand and cultivate qualities unique to women’s spiritual practice.
- Learn sacred anatomy from a holistic pelvic, gynecological, and sexual perspective.
- Gain trauma-informed tools to access arousal energy.
- Understand how female energy bodies are different from male energy bodies.
Dive into your feminine sexuality, free of an external gaze. Together, we have the opportunity to explore this rich and foundational terrain of our aliveness.
