Summer is a time of expansion. Daylight is longer and nature blooms in all directions. Like trees in a forest, we begin to branch out and make a deeper connection with the earth. The summer season creates conditions that offer us the support we need for expansion—in both our outer and inner worlds. 

Join Jillian Pransky for a summer retreat that guides you to harness the bright energy of season and support our own expanding body of light. Through slow flow yoga, restorative yoga, meditation, and more, you will:  

  • Gently release stagnant energy and tension. 
  • Become more grounded and expansive. 
  • Nurture your wellness, radiance, and energy. 
  • Gently and vibrantly expand back into the world.  

This program will bring you deeper into your own true nature to allow for feelings of belonging, energy, and synchronicity. Return home feeling rested, reconnected, and revitalized—and glowing with a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you.
