Join Kripalu faculty, Antoinette Sims, for an interactive program that offers opportunities to practice self-care through various therapeutic techniques.
Learn techniques, routines, and sequences using therapy tools—including the physio ball, soft foam roller, Yoga Tune Up® Balls, and a chair—while experiencing somatic movement, sound therapy, and sacred movement.
Cultivate a felt sense of connection with, and awareness of, the body as you:
- Release physical, emotional, and mental tension.
- Improve your flexibility and overall mobility.
- Heal and bring balance into your daily life.
This program encourages group sharing to integrate your experience with a community of like-minded people. Return home knowing how to weave these self-care techniques into your everyday life.
NOTE: The following items are required. Please bring them with you in order to participate in the program. These items can be folded and easily transported in a suitcase. The links are Antoinette's recommendations:
- Physio ball (For most bodies 5’2” and taller, the 65cm physio ball is recommended.)
- Soft density foam roller with optional strap

Antoinette Simms has been working in the health and wellness industry for over 29 years. She is an integrated yoga therapist, a Kundalini Yoga teacher, and facilitates various yoga, meditation, mantra workshops, and ecstatic dance classes.
