For people with teaching experience in yoga, Pilates, group fitness, personal training, massage therapy, or dance.
Yoga Tune Up is a potent new style of yoga that strikes a balance between the worlds of yoga and fitness, attracting students of all ages and body types. It breaks down the nuts and bolts of human movement by using a yogic lens of awareness, conscious relaxation, and proper breathing techniques, bringing students to an intimate understanding of their own native architecture.
This 40-hour training
- Prepares you to teach your own memorable, accessible, and effective Yoga Tune Up classes
- Leaves you proficient and comfortable with fundamentals of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
- Teaches you to “think out of the boxana”
- Refreshes your love of teaching and gives you new classroom leadership skills.
Discover a fresh approach to asana, going beyond formulaic instruction in order to think and teach creatively. In addition, as a Yoga Tune Up teacher, you can help your students create and define a “path of purpose,” inspiring them to unlock their greatest potential.
