Full Bio & Programs
For all levels.
Yoga (the path), jnana (ageless knowledge), and nada (mantra and music) come together in TriYoga, the art and science of yogaflow. Guided by kriyavati siddhi—kundalini-inspired yoga as expressed through Kali Ray (Yogini Kaliji)—this workshop includes yogaflow and prana vidya, the threefold practice of pranayama, dharana, and meditation.
Experience this magical flow with its inherent qualities of
- Rhythmic pacing
- Relaxation in action
- Wavelike spinal movements
- Economy of motion.
Systematically introduced, yogaflow unites pranayama and mudra with dynamic and sustained asana. When body, breath, and mudra harmonize, the inner energy flow arises. Ultimately, TriYoga is merging with universal energy. Woven into the flow, Kaliji naturally shares jnana with clarity and humor. In addition, Kaliji and nada yogi Mercury Max present Sanskrit chants in call-and-response style.
Note Yogini Kaliji recommends eating a vegan diet during the program.
