Bonnie Gintis is an osteopathic physician, an authorized Continuum Movement teacher, and a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction instructor. She invites you to cultivate awareness of internal experience through breath, sound, meditation, and movement, integrating these practices into daily life.
