For all levels.

Do you love the flow of tai chi but find it complex to practice? This workshop will teach you simple tai chi and qigong practices that you can use for the rest of your life to prevent disease, improve health and vitality, enhance longevity, and promote inner peace. Doctor of oriental medicine Roger Jahnke has distilled the essence of tai chi to make it easy to learn and practice. Widely utilized throughout the United States and abroad, Tai Chi Easy was carefully developed to tap the power and flow of tai chi with ease.

Referred to as “moving medication” by researchers at Harvard University, tai chi means “balance and harmony” of the natural forces. It also means “supreme ultimate,” pointing to the awesome convergence of spirit and substance (yang and yin) that creates the miracle of life and well-being.

Note Wear comfortable clothing that does not bind the body and comfortable, supportive shoes for outdoor practice. Bring your journal and inspirational reading.
