For all levels.

Enjoy a weekend of alignment-based instructions to clarify position and intention, refreshingly creative vinyasa sessions designed to enliven and uplift, and Buddha dharma lessons to support meditation practice.

Rather than expecting yoga to fix what’s “wrong“ with you, this workshop offers teachings that point you toward your natural goodness and sanity, which can be felt in every drop of sweat. When you connect to your innate goodness, you develop the ability to recognize goodness in others. This weekend, join Cyndi Lee in dedicating your practice to the benefit of all beings everywhere, including yourself.

Balancing poses, detoxifying twists, nourishing backbends, mindfulness meditation, and loving-kindness contemplations provide the canvas for this work. Welcome to summer camp for your body, mind, and heart!
