You learn an evidence-based practice that includes breathing exercises, easy postures, guided meditations, and other yogic tools for managing your mood. Learn to strip away the obstacles that keep you from knowing the joy that is your birthright by

  • Working with the chakra system
  • Emotional clearing through dyads
  • Deeply relaxing to bring balance to your emotional body.

LifeForce Yoga interweaves ancient disciplines with current scientific findings to help you release what no longer serves you. Become the agent of your own healing by creating a practice that specifically addresses your needs.
