For people who have attended at least one other SomaSoul Training module.
SomaSoul Somatic Expressive Therapy is a mind-body healing modality that integrates the power of Body-Centered Gestalt Psychotherapy with the heart of spiritual practice and the freedom of the expressive arts. This workshop deepens what you’ve learned in previous SomaSoul modules as you learn to guide others in SomaSoul processes that bring healing to body, mind, and soul.
In this program, you
- Strengthen your facilitation skills as you relax into being with another person using the power of your presence, your heart’s compassion, and your gut feelings
- Learn how to talk to and listen to your client’s body, not just their mind
- Discover how the body communicates what needs healing through physical tensions and uncomfortable sensations.
The skills, principles, and core intentions presented here can be applied to bring body-centered and creative-based processing into a wide range of healing work. This workshop is ideal for healing professionals and individuals exploring their own personal growth.
Note A series of four workshops can be taken individually for personal development or collectively as part of SomaSoul: Somatic Expressive Therapy Level 1 Training. For more information, visit www.leveninstitute.com.
