Experience a safe environment in which to access feelings, work through blocked emotions, disentangle from the past, reconnect with core truths, and learn to live more fully from the heart. In this supportive and highly experiential weekend, you are invited to explore new methods of self-discovery and self-expression.

The Opening the Heart Workshop draws on a variety of Western psychological approaches, including Gestalt, bioenergetics, and regression, and includes a variety of small group and individual exercises. Dance, movement, and music contribute significantly to this unique healing experience. This safely structured intensive was originally conceived in 1976 by Robert and Judith Gass.

Note A questionnaire will be sent with your confirmation and must be completed prior to the program. Due to the intensive nature of this program, it may be difficult to participate in other Kripalu events or receive healing arts services.
