Rachel Schaeffer is the author of the award-winning book Yoga for Your Spiritual Muscles and the forthcoming Story Alchemy: The Art and Science of Transforming Your Life. She is the host/executive producer of The Red Couch, an internet, radio, and television talk show in which hundreds of guests have shared transformational stories about living a happy, successful life. She has taught in universities, hospitals, women’s centers, and yoga teacher conferences. The former yoga editor of Natural Health magazine, Rachel is also a freelance writer for a number of print and online magazines.
