Stefanie Sacks, MS, CNS, CDN, is a culinary nutritionist, author, radio show host, educator, speaker, and consultant. She works with individuals and groups in transition to a healthier way of eating. A certified nutrition specialist and dietitian nutritionist, Stefanie holds a master’s degree in nutrition from Columbia University and is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts. Her Stirring the Pot blog is published in conjunction with her weekly Stirring the Pot radio show on the NPR affiliate WPPB, 88.3 FM.
