Ellen Ecker Ogden is author of The Complete Kitchen Garden, featuring original designs and recipes for cooks who love to garden, and From the Cook’s Garden, a cookbook based on the seed catalog she cofounded in 1985. Ellen is a kitchen garden expert, professional cook, and dedicated organic gardener. Her kitchen gardens have been featured in the New York Times, Martha Stewart Living, the Boston Globe, and Horticulture Magazine, among others. Ellen has appeared on PBS’ The Victory Garden and HGTV’s Gardening by the Yard, and has been a featured speaker at garden events throughout the United States.
