Willa Blythe Baker

Willa Blythe Baker, PhD, is a Buddhist teacher (lama), writer, and translator. She is the founder of Natural Dharma Fellowship in Boston, Massachusetts, and its retreat center, Wonderwell Mountain Refuge in Springfield, New Hampshire. She is author of The Wakeful Body: Somatic Mindfulness as a Path to Freedom; Everyday Dharma: Seven Weeks to Finding the Buddha in You; and The Arts of Contemplative Care. She was Visiting Lecturer in Buddhist Ministry at Harvard Divinity School from 2013-2017. Her teaching specialities include retreat practice, somatic mindfulness, Vajra-Vinyasa Yoga—a hybrid of Tibetan and Vinayasa yoga traditions—and integration of meditation practices with daily life.
