Erica Ariel Fox

Erica Ariel Fox, JD, is a lecturer at Harvard Law School and founder of the Global Negotiation Insight Institute. She is recognized internationally as a pioneer in the integration of wisdom traditions and spiritual practice into the field of negotiation and conflict resolution. As a partner of Mobius Executive Leadership, Erica works with Fortune 500 companies and public sector leaders to build consensus, facilitate change, and transform systems. She is currently completing her first book, Beyond Yes, based on a dozen years teaching negotiation at Harvard Law School and more than a decade training professionals throughout the world.
