Jurian Hughes
Jurian Hughes, E-RYT 500, MFA, is a director of the Kripalu School of Yoga and a senior faculty member at Kripalu, where she teaches yoga and YogaDance on the staff of Healthy Living and R&R retreats, as well as leading 200- and 500-hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training programs. A graduate of Williams College and New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, Jurian is also a performer and actor-trainer. She leads programs throughout the country that draw on her many years of experience as a committed practitioner of yoga, dance, movement, and theater. www.ecstaticyogadance.com
