Michael Sitzer

Michael Sitzer, LMT, CYT, is professionally trained in Kripalu Massage, Thai massage, Breema Bodywork, Positional Release Therapy, and yoga therapy. He joined the Kripalu Healing Arts team in 1998, and soon after began teaching courses in the Kripalu School of Massage, where he served as a core faculty member. Michael is the creator of a unique style of Thai Yoga bodywork that blends all these modalities into a creative and therapeutic healing art.
