Henry Grayson

Henry Grayson, PhD, DCEP, completed a four-year postdoctoral training in psychoanalysis and comprehensive psychotherapy at the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health in New York. He then moved beyond psychoanalysis to found the National Institute for the Psychotherapies, a leading postgraduate training institute in New York City; put together a cohesive model for advanced psychotherapy integration called Synergetic Therapy; and pioneered a mind-body-spirit approach to using consciousness to heal. He is author of Sounds True’s best-selling The New Physics of Love, Use Your Body to Heal Your Mind, as well as Mindful Loving: 10 Practices for Creating Deeper Connections, and Your Power to Heal. He practices in New York City and Westport, Connecticut.
