Daniel J. Siegel is the director of the Mindsight Institute and author of The Developing Mind, Parenting from the Inside Out (with Mary Hartzell), The Mindful Brain, and his latest book, Mindsight. He is the founding editor of the Norton Series on Interpersonal Neurobiology and serves as codirector of the Mindful Awareness Research Center and co-investigator of the Center for Culture, Brain, and Development at UCLA. www.drdansiegel.com
