David Nichtern is a senior meditation teacher in the Shambhala Buddhist lineage of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. In this video, he guides a brief introduction to the practice of mindfulness meditation. This practice is a wonderful and ancient remedy for the stress and anxiety of modern life. Mindfulness meditation can help us develop strength, clarity, and stability in the mind, and also help us to live in a less distracted and more wakeful and productive way.
