Vibrant Women of Color A Creative Wellness Retreat for Artists and Entrepreneurs

REDEFINE YOUR WELLNESS NARRATIVE

Join poet, writer, and founder of The Brooklyn Wellness Club, Paris Alexandra, for a retreat that empowers women of color entrepreneurs and creatives in their journey toward holistic well-being and self-care.

Through guided meditations, group discussions, creative expression activities, yoga, relaxation, and more, you will:

  • Use creativity to enhance awareness of your physical sensations, emotions, thoughts, and breath.
  • Redefine wellness narratives and set clear goals.
  • Initiate positive personal transformations.
  • Deepen your mind-body connection.

Return home with a renewed sense of self-acceptance and empowerment and with an inspiring vision of health and well-being. You'll also be equipped with a balanced mindset, a supportive community, and the necessary skills to continue your journey toward a more fulfilled and successful life, both personally and professionally.

NOTE This program encourages self-reflection and fosters a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
