Join Emilie Reid for a weekend to nourish the mind, body, and senses through theory, experiential practices, and time on Kripalu's beautiful campus. Together, in the company of a caring community, you will:

- Practice the life-sustaining practice of abhyanga, self massage.
- Nourish and cleanse the senses to thrive in each season.
- Create a plan for daily self-care rituals.
Whether you are a seasoned Ayurvedic practitioner or are brand new to Ayurveda, there is a seat for you in this circle.
NOTE Please bring clothing appropriate for self-massage with oil—such as a tank top, shorts, shirt, or pants that can be rolled up—and seasonally appropriate shoes and outerwear for outdoor walks and meditation.
