Kripalu School of Massage Faculty

Meg Agnew, LMT, has been doing bodywork for 25 years. She has trained in many different modalities including the Trager Method, shiatsu, movement therapy, and the Alexander Technique. Her background as a performer and movement theater artist and educator gives her a dynamic approach to teaching and a passion for offering kinesthetic experiences to groups and individuals.

Linda Jackson, Lic. Ac., MAcOM is a licensed acupuncturist in private practice in Massachusetts with master’s degrees in both Education and Oriental medicine. She is a founding member and teacher at Kripalu Center, and has taught principles of yoga, breathwork and health to thousands, with more than 30 years of doing and teaching massage. www.centreforacupuncture.com

Grace Jull, MA, LMT, draws on her 20 years as a transformational educator to create passionate experiences of awareness and awe through yoga, massage, aquatic bodywork, energetic integration, poetry, and life coaching. She is a senior faculty member and healing arts therapist at Kripalu, and works with clients privately in New York City, Boston, and the Berkshires.

Arti Ross Kelso, LMT, CYT, is a seasoned educator with a great love for experiential and empowered learning. She has been practicing and teaching healing arts for 24 years and has worked with more than 15,000 clients and students. She currently practices Spirit Medicine and is the dean of Kripalu's School of Massage.

Bob Lesnow, DC, CCN, LCDN, is a licensed chiropractor, a nationally board-certified clinical nutritionist, New York State licensed certified dietitian-nutritionist, and a certified yoga teacher. He counsels patients and lectures widely on holistic and integrative approaches to health and healing.

Ken Nelson, PhD, LMT, an experiential educator since 1975, is a former Fulbright lecturer and Kripalu scholar-in-residence. He mentors workshop facilitators, healing arts therapists, and yoga and meditation teachers. www.sacredhealingarts.net

Michael Sitzer, BA, LMT, CYT, is professionally trained in psychology, Swedish massage, yoga therapy, and Thai and Breema bodywork. He is cocreator of Thai Style Bodywork and teaches massage trainings internationally. www.michaelsitzer.com

Maureen Slayton, ATC, LMT, has a bachelor’s of science degree in athletic training and an associates degree in massage therapy. She has taught deep tissue therapy at Springfield Technical Community College and incorporates therapeutic massage into her work with athletes. She has her own massage practice in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, and specializes in deep tissue and rehabilitative massage.
