Sudha Carolyn Lundeen has designed a weekend that provides a solid introduction to the practices of Kripalu Yoga for both beginners and those who want to take an existing practice deeper. Sudha’s approach is gentle, encouraging, and fun. She invites everyone to take part—whether you’re limber or tight, this program leaves you more at home in your body and your mind.
