Immerse yourself in a yoga and hiking program that invites you to reboot your outlook and rejuvenate body, mind, and breath. Randal Williams is your guide for this magical getaway in the Berkshires in which you celebrate your vital force with mindful hikes in the invigorating air and natural colors of autumn. Hikes are followed by indoor relaxation sessions designed to support you in more deeply and peacefully embracing the nature of your authentic being.

Note Hikes vary according to group abilities. Bring rain gear, hiking boots or sturdy walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, layered outside clothing, a small backpack, insect repellent, and a water bottle.
