Every Bryan Kest workshop is a full immersion in the practice of yoga. Each of the four yoga sessions this weekend includes a practice that strengthens not just the body, but the qualities of mind that have the largest impact on physical well-being.

Bryan leads you through a strong, well-rounded, yet simple physical practice that leaves every nook and cranny of your body vibrating with vitality while simultaneously challenging your mind. Bryan teaches that because the physical practice of yoga is such a fertile environment for various mind states to arise, it offers a unique opportunity to strengthen the qualities you want-calmness, patience, focus, gentleness, gratitude, humility, and acceptance-and weaken those you find harmful-judgment, competitiveness, distraction, reaction, criticism, and other stress-inducing characteristics.

A leading yoga teacher and longtime practitioner, Bryan offers classes that draw on nearly 30 years of his own Power Yoga practice.
