For people who have completed Positional Therapy Level 1.
Positional Therapy is a unique program for recovery from chronic pain that can be used for self-healing and with family, friends, and clients. Through simple hands-on techniques, the body’s habitual holding pattern in a particular area is released. Results are immediate and often permanent, and the techniques are gentle and easily learned. Clients have described the outcome as “magical.”
Taught by Lee Albert, a much sought-after Kripalu Healing Arts therapist, this training builds on what you learned in Level 1, including body positions and movements that effectively treat pain caused by injury, stress, repetitive motion, postural distortion, and chronic neuromuscular conditions. Learn to
- Recognize neuromuscular pain patterns
- Work more effectively with joints
- Release tendons
- Take your practice to a whole new level.
In addition, you receive a new training manual with photos of each position, an intake form, and a suggested homework sheet that you can photocopy for use in your practice.
