Whether you are new to meditation and spiritual practice or a seasoned practitioner, this retreat allows you to sink deeply into your heart’s knowing and fine-tune your life’s purpose and calling. It offers the time, space, and loving support to renew your connection to the ever-fresh and present source of divinity.
Over a long weekend, explore deep reflection, meditation, mantra practice, yogic breathing, self-inquiry, contemplation of scripture and inspired writings, ritual, and group discussion. Return home with the inspiration and guidance you need to deepen your practice.
Note Bring a journal and a favorite inspirational writing or scripture. If possible, bring an item symbolizing what you wish to let go of from the past, an item symbolizing what you would like to expand in the new year, and any symbols of divinity that inspire you.
