For caregivers and healing professionals alike. Previous yoga experience is not required.
Yoga Nursing is an exciting new movement in health care and yoga therapy, a complementary approach to health and wellness that combines the riches of Kripalu Yoga methodology with traditional Western nursing practice. It is a simple, effective, and heartfelt system that helps relieve pain and suffering for clients while also reducing exhaustion, stress, and burnout for caregivers.
