Recharge your body, reboot your mind, and discover new foods that provide the best possible foundation for fitness and vitality. Popular Kripalu teacher John Bagnulo encourages participants to unplug for the weekend and try a few days of eating grain-free with no added sugar—an experience he believes can reprogram your body’s metabolism and rewire your understanding of health. John is known for making nutrition and healthy eating accessible, understandable, and engaging for all. He has designed a workshop that includes hiking, sampling fresh fruit and vegetable dishes, and discussions about how these foods can be your most valuable medicine.
This culinary and hiking adventure is sure to change the way you look at both nutrition and exercise.
