Explore the building blocks of Ashtanga Yoga through what David Swenson refers to as the five elements of practice: breath, bandhas, drishti, asana, and vinyasa. In this introductory weekend, David builds upon these foundational practices to guide the group on a fun-filled journey through the First Series of Ashtanga.
David has the potent ability to create an environment where beginners and seasoned practitioners alike feel welcome. His workshops include plenty of partner work and theory, as well as individual practice.
