For all levels.

Snatam Kaur is a world-renowned teacher of chant and yoga whose dedication to peace, love, and well-being has inspired people throughout the world. This weekend, she shares profoundly healing and spiritually potent postures, movements, breathing, and mantra-chanting techniques designed to help you awaken your kundalini (life energy), and have it flow harmoniously throughout your body.

The experience of kundalini flow within the body is beautiful and empowering. When you awaken this latent energy and balance your life, you tap into inner strength and find yourself ready to meet life’s challenges with courage, grace, resolve, and radiance.

Kundalini Yoga and meditation teacher Karena Virginia joins Snatam in teaching yoga practices for opening the heart, shifting internal perceptions, and allowing the natural flow of love to prevail. Miraculous shifts can occur with the practice of Kundalini Yoga and sacred chanting.

This workshop features live music and a Saturday-evening concert with Snatam and her full band, including Ramesh Kannan on percussion and Todd Boston on guitar. An optional early-morning Kundalini Yoga sadhana will be offered from 5:00–7:00 am each day.

Read What is sadhana?

What is sadhana? It’s a committed prayer. It is something which you want to do, have to do, and which is being done by you. … Sadhana is self-enrichment. It is not something which is done to please somebody or to gain something. Sadhana is a personal process in which you bring out your best.
—Yogi Bhajan

Sadhana—or daily spiritual practice—is the foundation of all spiritual endeavors. Sadhana is your personal, individual spiritual effort. It is the main tool you use to work on yourself to achieve the purpose of life. It can be done alone or in a group. Sadhana is whatever you do consistently to clear your own consciousness so you can relate to the infinity within you. Before you face the world each day, do yourself a favor and tune up your nervous system and attune yourself to your highest inner self. To cover all your bases, it will include exercise, meditation, and prayer.
