This course has been specially designed for teachers and advanced practitioners of other yoga traditions.
Yantra Yoga is one of the oldest recorded systems of yoga in the world. Coming by way of Tibet, Yantra Yoga offers a unique series of positions and movements, combined with conscious breathing, that help coordinate and harmonize personal energy so that body and mind can relax and find their authentic, natural balance.
In this first segment of the two-part Yantra Yoga Teacher Certification Training, internationally renowned senior Yantra Yoga instructor Fabio Andrico helps you discover the real essence of this potent and transformative practice by clarifying its rich theory and technique.
This training includes
- How to practice and teach the preliminaries
- Physical training
- The first two series of Yantras
- The underlying theories of Tibetan healing arts as related to Yantra Yoga.
Special attention is given to participants to assure precise execution and understanding of the material.
