How can you commit to happiness in the face of a challenging and sometimes violent world? This weekend will help you cultivate the compassionate inner space that allows you to embrace life’s challenges with a peaceful mind and a courageous heart.

In this inspiring workshop, you will learn and practice breathing exercises, easy postures, guided meditations, and other experiential yogic tools for managing your mood. You’ll learn to strip away the obstacles that keep you from knowing the joy that is your birthright by

  • Energizing and elevating depressed moods
  • Relaxing and calming anxiety
  • Working with the chakra system
  • Deeply relaxing to bring balance to your emotional body.

Get empowered to become the agent of your own healing by creating a practice that specifically addresses your needs. Designed to be useful for both professionals and lay people, this program will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed, and enthusiastic about your at-home practice.
