For everyone with at least 6 months of yoga experience.

For millennia, philosophers and poets from every culture have been fascinated by the pursuit of happiness. Both Aristotle and the Dalai Lama have called happiness our most fundamental human desire, and its pursuit is written into the Declaration of Independence. Every day, millions of people step onto yoga mats or sit on meditation cushions hoping their practice will make them happier.

What exactly is happiness? How do we find it and why do we so often miss out? Can yoga help us discover a personal path that guides us there? Delve into these essential questions in a retreat that explores the pursuit of happiness, utilizing the Buddha’s wisdom, contemporary scientific research, and everything in between.

This program includes

  • Daily yoga, meditation, and mindfulness exercises
  • The discovery of insights that lead to powerful and surprising implications for your life
  • Learning to use these discoveries to create a personalized practice dedicated to your unique pursuit of happiness.

Step away to the Berkshires and rejuvenate your sense of well-being in this dynamic springtime retreat.
