Program Details

For all levels.

Reboot your outlook and rejuvenate body, mind, and breath in this masterfully guided, magical getaway in the beautiful Berkshire Mountains. Celebrate your vital force with mindful hikes under the open sky in the cool air and natural colors of autumn. Hikes will be followed by indoor relaxation sessions designed to support you in more deeply and peacefully embracing the nature of your authentic being.

In this program, you will learn

  • Mindfulness exercises
  • Breath and movement coordination
  • Healing yoga postures.

You’ll take those practices home with you when you leave—refreshed, renewed, revitalized, and open to the beauty of your inner and outer worlds.

Note Hikes will vary according to group abilities. Bring rain gear, hiking boots or sturdy walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, layered outside clothing, a small backpack, insect repellent, and a water bottle.

CE Credits
This program is eligible for :
  • 8.5 credits for athletic trainers (BOC), $20 additional charge
  • 5 credits for yoga instructors (YA), $20 additional charge
