For all levels.

Your attention is ultimately your only art, your true offering to the world through your work, creativity, relationships, and daily practices. And your yoga is an ideal context for reawakening and refining your attention in order to optimize your talents in every aspect of life.

Elena is known for her precise alignment instruction and her ability to speak directly to your heart. In this unique weekend, she guides a creative selection of asana, pranayama, and meditation. Throughout the workshop, you clarify a visionary home practice with which you can work for months to come. Special guests Katie Hess and Lisa Reinhardt will share the joyful awareness-building tools of flower essences and organic chocolate, with ways to use them to transform daily life. Come recapture your attention, refocus awareness on your heart, and reveal the artful potential of your everyday experiences.
