The winter season whispers of snowy vistas and exhilaration. Find your midwinter inspiration in this revitalizing blend of masterfully guided yoga and deep relaxation, complemented with downhill skiing or snowboarding at two of the Northeast’s premier vacation settings, Kripalu Center and Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort.

In this 5-day retreat, explore the easeful combination of a deep nourishing yoga practice and taking to the open sky and spacious slopes for skiing or snowboarding.

  • Yoga, breathing, and meditation practices
  • Guided deep relaxation
  • Mindfulness practices that can be applied on the slopes
  • How to balance outdoor work and indoor rest.

This additional fee of $150 is payable directly to Jiminy Peak.
