This training is a must for yoga teachers who want to work more effectively with athletes, as well as for athletes who want to make their yoga practice more potent. Tiffany Cruikshank provides practical knowledge that can be used immediately. This week includes
- Anatomy as it relates to yoga and athletics
- Preventing and working with injuries
- Optimizing performance
- Creating individualized yoga “prescriptions”
- Two hours of all-levels vinyasa practice and one hour of restorative practice daily.
Understanding anatomy helps you deepen your yoga practice, empower your teaching, and use yoga as a therapeutic treatment modality.
Note This program counts as 30 hours toward Tiffany’s Yoga Medicine Advanced 500/1,000-hour teacher training.
