For all levels.
What we carry in our hearts is who we are; and who we are is our gift to the world.
Begin the new year with practices that create a visionary and expansive relationship to life. Develop the skills you need to do less and accomplish more in every area of your existence. This intensive is a blend of dynamic asana practice and self-study, using time together on and off the mat to clarify what you love, what you believe in, and what you do-and how they relate to each other.
You experience a dynamic combination of vinyasa sessions, alignment instruction, pranayama, meditation, lecture, and discussion, as well as training and practice in creating the future you want to craft.
This workshop is intentionally challenging, and is open to all who wish to explore yoga as an evolutionary journey. The only “requirement” is that you show up, do your best, and let your best be good enough.
