Full Bio & Programs

For all levels.
TriYoga is the art and science of yogaflow, guided by kriyavati siddhi—kundalini-inspired yoga—as expressed through Yogini Kaliji. This magical flow includes the inherent qualities of
- Rhythmic pacing
- Relaxation in action
- Wavelike spinal movements
- Economy of motion.
Systematically introduced, yogaflow unites pranayama and mudra with dynamic and sustained asana. When the movement of body, breath, and mind harmonizes, the inner flow emerges. This workshop also includes pranavidya, the trifold practice of pranayama, dharana, and meditation. In addition, Kaliji and nada yogi Mercury Max present Sanskrit chants in call-and-response style.
Ultimately, TriYoga is merging with universal energy. Woven into the flow, Kaliji naturally shares jnana with clarity and humor. Join her to explore the path of yoga, the ageless knowledge of the Vedas, and the mantra and music of nada yoga.
Note Kali Ray recommends eating a vegan diet for the weekend.
