For all levels, those who are healthy and those seeking health, as well as health-care providers.

“The most profound medicine is produced within the human body—for free,” marvels Roger Jahnke. In Chinese medicine, this inner elixir is associated with “qi” (pronounced chee), the life force. Early Chinese texts state: “Enhance the righteous qi to neutralize and dispel pain and disease.” This holistic, spirit-mind-body approach, known as qigong and tai chi, maximizes what is right rather than trying to fix what is wrong. Qigong is Chinese yoga.

In this powerful retreat, designed like a Chinese qigong hospital program, you will learn the simple yet powerful Vitality Enhancement medical qigong (Bu Zheng Qigong) that you can use for the rest of your life. Remarkably, you will learn to feel the qi from the first day. This easy-to-practice qi cultivation method consists of gentle movement, breath practice, self-massage, and meditation that can be easily incorporated into a health-positive lifestyle.
