Whether you are preparing for a fall marathon, bike tour, hiking trek, or charity walk, yoga can be a great addition to your training.
Endurance sports coach and yoga teacher Sage Rountree will show you how to keep your training in balance. Morning sessions will include a yoga warm-up, workout, and yoga postures for core strength and flexibility. Sage will also lead daily meditation and breathwork to sharpen focus and restorative poses to enhance recovery. Afternoon lecture topics will include
- Choosing workouts and races to balance your training cycle
- Planning your training
- Eating well before, during, and after training
- Avoiding and managing injuries
- Mental strategies to put training and competition in perspective.
Group runs will include structured workouts at a variety of intensities, with all paces welcome. You are free to substitute hiking, cycling, or another activity if running doesn’t work for you.

These spare and peaceful rooms measure 8' x 12' and include a double or queen-size bed or platform twin beds.

The dorms allow for 6-22 people per room, and offer simple bunk beds and nearby hall bathrooms.
