Full Bio & Programs
This immersion week is a wonderful opportunity to start fresh and renewed as you enter the spring season of new growth and rebirth.
Ayurvedic wisdom recommends working with the body’s natural shifts that occur at the juncture of seasons. During this program, you eat a cleansing diet, experience detoxifying self-massage and steam treatments, and learn tools to clear out excesses accumulated over the winter. The program includes cooking classes, yoga, meditation, and self-reflection. We will learn about our constitutional tendencies and take a deeper look at our individual routines and habits in order to support the release of energetic imbalances and strengthen the life force using simple Ayurvedic principles.
Our primary goal is to open our hearts and minds to new possibilities for self-growth and positive direction in our lives. All participants are guided in creating a personal plan to bring home and integrate into their lifestyle.
Note It is highly recommended that you schedule an Ayurvedic Body Treatment (for an additional fee) through the Healing Arts Department at 888.738.1822. Make your reservations early to guarantee your choice.
